Calculation

According to the actual weighing of the eTotal warehouse, minimum weight is 100g, it is charged per gram.

Volumn calculation

Length X width X height / 6000 CM, the actual weight is compared with the volume weight, whichever is greater.

Packaging

Packaging of balloon
Length of 210 CM but less than 270 CM and weight less than 9 KG will be listed as a “balloon pack” with additional charge of $35.

Parcel over 30kg

Packages over 30KG will be charged an overweight handling fee of $140.
Need to pick up the parcel within 24 hours and need to pay the additional charge br />  If over 24 hours will be considered undeliverable and will be charged an additional $700 and refunded to the seller.

Handling fee for special packaging :

Any metal or wood-packed item and cylindrical item, such as a drum, bucket or tire.
Or the longest side exceeding 150CM or the second long side exceeding 75CM, there is additional cost of $42.

Limitation of goods

Can carry battery good, except the pure batteries;
at the same time, can not carry cash, dangerous goods;
do not accept flammable, explosive, white powder, liquid, chemicals and other goods.
a. Follow the Postal Law and its implementation rules, and do not send cash in the parcel, and prohibit to send out the flammable, explosive, liquid, powder, pure batteries, external batteries,guns (including imitation guns) and swords, such as aggressive weapons, magnets, corrosive chemicals and imitation brands.
b. Not shipping the embargoed items stipulated by the law of the country (region).
c. Items that are not allowed to be shipped by the airline.

Declare requirement

Do not accept goods declared more than US800 at the same day.
Do not accept the same recipient name and the same address.

Delivery area

The quotation and transit time is applicable for USA, except Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands/Guam etc. ;
APO/FPO military area; Do not accept Amazon warehouse address;
Zip code in remote areas (please refer to the attached page "Postcode in the United States") within 1 lb (453 g);
additional $2 handling charge; 1 lb (453 g) or additional $20 handling charge;
APO FPO Military Area Zip Code (Please refer to the attached page "United States military area zip code") within 1 pound (453 grams);
additional $2 handling charge; 1 lb (453 g) or additional $90 handling charge;
Note: Additional 2-3 days for battery goods

Additional charges

If the packaging does not meet the requirements, especially for battery items, eTotal will arrange the repack and the costs will be paid by the seller.
